Processing & Shipping Times

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders within the United States.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: $7.95 flat rate on all US orders.

Free Shipping: Complimentary on all US orders over $65.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery, including USPS and UPS.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@candleelegance.com and we will assist in locating your shipment.

Stolen Packages: Candle Elegance ® is not responsible for packages marked as "delivered." Please ensure a secure delivery location.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations
