SHIPPING AND RETURNS
 
If there are any problems, 
  • When your product arrives, carefully check it, and if there is any substantial damage from the shipping process, please notify us within 14 days. Please send us an email at orders@candleelegance.com with pictures of the damages.
  • From the time you place your order to the time you unbox your Candle Elegance purchase, we work hard to make the customer experience seamless and enjoyable. We would personally deliver each order to our customers if it were possible to do so.
  • Unfortunately, once the shipment leaves our possession, we have limited control over how the carrier treats it while it travels to you.

  • If you think your package has gone missing...
     
  • Prior to a box arriving at your house, UPS and USPS carriers are increasingly scanning it in. Before contacting us, please give a replacement 5 business days to be dispatched. You will be liable for full payment if your order is received, a replacement is issued, and that replacement is confirmed.
If your purchase was delivered by USPS...
  • Some packages stay in "pre-shipment" for the duration of their journey to you. This means that while tracking on the USPS interface is still pending, the item may still show up at your door. According to USPS employees with whom we personally spoke, certain facilities skip scanning in order to process parcels more quickly.
     
How can we directly help with shipments that are running late?
  • Beyond what USPS and UPS provide on their tracking interface, we are unable to view any further tracking data. We appreciate UPS's increased vigilance in informing us when an item is delayed.
  • Please contact us immediately via email at info@candleelegance.com if you are worried that your package could have been lost. We assure to try our best to assist you.
     
CONTINENTAL / DOMESTIC SHIPPING
  • USPS 2-3 Priority Shipping: Usually delivered within 1-3 business days of receiving an item (Unless a postal problem arises)
  • Orders that are eligible for free ground delivery will be sent by UPS Ground.
  • Please be aware that your order may not include any pre-order products, unless available if you ordered several items. When pre-order products becomes available, your pre-order item(s) will be shipped as soon as it is in stock. it may be one to two weeks.
  • Please send us an email at info@candleelegance.com if you require express shipment. Call or text us at (941) 961-9716.
  • Please make sure your delivery details are accurate before checkout. The number of modifications we can make to an order after it has been placed is currently limited. If we are able to make updates on your behalf, though, kindly note that they won't appear in your shipment confirmation email.
  • We have no control over an order's tracking information once it has been dispatched, and as much as we'd like to be there, we can't guarantee final arrival. Packages that are missing, lost or stolen cannot be replaced.

TAXES
As required by law, we will gather and send sales tax to the appropriate states. Orders that are shipped to states where we don't have proof of exemption from sales tax, must be collection at time of purchase.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We do not currently offer our international shipping service, it is currently being improved, and it may shortly resume operations!
EXCHANGES + REFUNDS
All of our products at Candle Elegance are thoroughly examined before being dispatched. Used candles cannot be returned or reimbursed due to the nature of our goods. However, if photographic evidence of damage is provided to us within 7 days of delivery, we will exchange or refund products that were damaged during transportation.
 
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return undamaged, unused merchandise. All return shipping charges and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. At this time, we offer exchanges of equal or lesser dollar amounts at the written product request.
 
If the candle(s) are returned within 14 days of arrival due to shipping damage (immediate proff of shipping damage), you will receive a full refund of your purchase price, less taxes, shipping, and handling. For more information, please get in touch with us at info@candleelegance.com
